We offer a perfect apartment for families with children, for people who want to combine holidays with work, learn Spanish, enjoy active recreation in a sunny paradise outside of the turistic noise.
The apartment has been renovated in 2014 with kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped. Apart from three bedrooms the apartment features a spacious living room that serves also as an office space.
- Perfect for families. There is a kids corner with toys and baby cot. Several playgrounds in neighborhood.
- Comfortable for freelancers who want to combine relax and work. There is an office space in the living room with wifi and printer.
- Excellent for holidays away from tourist hubs but with access to all amenities. There are restaurants, coffe shops, sports center, playgrounds, shopping malls, bus stops nearby.
- Ideal for mountains lovers. There are three trekking tracks starting from Adeje.
- Great base for paragliders. Adeje is Tenerife's paragliding hot spot all season weather. There are three starting points nearby: Taucho, La Quinta, Ifonche.
- Great for people how want to learn Spanish. In Adeje there are a few Spanish schools, the library and cultural center behind the corner. You can also practice speaking with locals in numerous cafes.
Living Room
The unique thing about this apartment is the living room as a shared space for relax or work. It's a large room with dining, relax areas and office space with two comfortable office desks, internet connection, printer and scanner. As a bonus, the living room features the sun flooded balcony - a perfect spot for an afternoon/evening drink.
Family Room
In the family bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a babycot. The kids corner is fully equipped with toys and facilities like the baby carrier backpack.
TV Room
The TV bedroom has a comfortable couch that converts into a double bed which is ideal for watching the 32 inch TV mounted on the wall.
Bedroom En Suite
In the bedroom with an en suite there are comfortable two beds, desk, commode and wardrobe. The bedroom window is facing a beautiful view on the mountains and Adeje old town. In the big bathroom you can find bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is brand new and stocked with cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. There is an integrated dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, food processor and blender. There is also a small table for quick meals with chairs for 4 people.
Bathroom
The bathroom with shower and washing machine is placed opposite to bedrooms. All standard things like shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Attractions
Barranco del Infierno
You may enter this popular hiking trail directly from Adeje town. It leads through the ravine with spectacular views to the highest waterfall on Tenerife.
Playa La Caleta
La Caleta is the nearby resort, with a few restaurants and access to the beach. You may use well maintained coast path linking La Caleta with Playa de las Americas, Playa del Duque, all the way to Los Christianos.
Boca del Paso
When based in Adeje you have access to best hiking routes in Tenerife starting from Boca del Paso.

We stayed at Teide House for a couple of days to discover Tenerife. The room was very comfortable and clean and we even got a welcoming basket together with a warm and friendly introduction to the flat. The house is situated in a nice and quiet area of Adeje with a supermarket nearby and good connection to the highway. The most beautiful beach of Adeje is not far off either, maybe 10-15 minutes by car. We really enjoyed the stay, thanks again for everything :)

We had a very nice week in Teide House: The place is well connected to the public transport and we have visited many places in the south and west of the island. A supermarket is within walking distance. Host has given everything to give us a great stay: she has many tips for trips and restaurants and is really very nice.

The Teide House was indeed spacious and comfy! Clean, full of light, with a nice bathroom , fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. Moreover, there is a perfect, stable Internet connection and even a guest laptop! The surrondings are nice: there is a good choice of bars, pubs and restaurants and a bus stop nearby. You can also go hiking in the mountains, which we did with great pleasure - the views are breathtaking. The beaches on Costa Adeje can be reached easily by a direct bus (or a car, if you prefer). There is also good communication with the Tenerife Sur airport and with the Teide volcano (you could even walk there from Adeje... if you're very fit and have enough time. We went by bus). The city of Adeje is much more picturesque than all the cramped, tourist spots next to the beach, which are full of ads and visual chaos. All in all - highly recommended.
